1. Personal information handling policy and consent to the use of personal information.

1. Purpose of collecting∙using personal information.
1-1) The personal information of visitors collected from the organizer of this exhibition is used only for statistical results survey of this event and promotion and guidance of the next exhibition.

2. Personal information items to be collected. 
2-1) Required items: e-mail, name, gender, contact information, and survey of this event.

3. Consignment of personal information.
3-1) The organizer entrusts and operates the exhibition's personal information to a specialized company for smooth performance such as providing better services and customer convenience.
3-2) Through the exhibition registration system operation contract, the organizer stipulates and manages compliance with personal information protection laws, confidentiality, prohibition of providing personal information to third parties, responsibility in case of accidents, consignment period, and obligation to return or destroy personal information.

4. Period of retention and use of personal information.
After the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay.

5. Rights. 
In principle, under the Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to refuse to agree to collect personal information, and if you refuse to collect, you will be restricted from entering the exhibition.
